Carrot and Coriander Soup – served with a warmed bread roll


 Goujons of Lemon sole - served with tartar sauce

Crispy Coated Camembert - with a warm port and red berry sauce (v)

Smoked Haddock and Spring Onion Fishcake - with a sweet chilli dip

Creamy Garlic Mushrooms- served with hot buttered toast (v)


Prawn Cocktail - served with fresh salad, marie rose sauce and

wholemeal bread

King Prawns - cooked in garlic and served on a sizzler with brown

bread and butter

Whitebait - served on a bed of mixed lettuce leaves with tartar sauce

Beef Lasagne - in a herby bolognaise sauce layered with pasta, topped with béchamel cheese

Homemade Steak Kidney Pie- topped with a light puff pastry


Chicken Tikka Massala - served with rice, chips and naan bread

Welsh Beef Curry - served with rice, chips and naan bread

Lamb Shank – cooked in a mint and onion gravy

Fillet of Sea Bass – served with fresh lemon wedges

Cajun Chicken – served with a mint yoghurt dip


Pork Loin Steak – in a Mediterranean tomato sauce

Succulent Half Roast Chicken – served with a cranberry sauce dip

16oz Gammon Steak – served with fried egg or pineapple

10oz Welsh Sirloin Steak- served with mushrooms and onion rings

10oz Welsh Rump Steak - served with mushrooms and onion rings

Peppered Pork – pork loin steak covered in crushed pepper corns and served with peppercorn sauce

Piri Piri Chicken – chicken breast marinated in a hot and spicy maranade

Sauces – Peppercorn and Brandy or Creamy Garlic
